Needs for mentoring ( Areas for Growth)
Being able to talk to a bunch of people.
Who have you selected as a mentor?
I have selected my grandmother.
Why?
I have picked my grandmother because she is an out going person. She also love to help out other people and make sure our family is happy.
What is your relationship to this person?
She is my grandmother. A better way to put that is she is my fathers mother.
How will you approach this person about the possibility of a mentoring relationship?
I will just have to go up to her and ask her.
What are your goals?
To know how she is able to do so many things and how she does them all.
How will you know you're making progress?
She will come out and tell me.
How often will you meet with your mentor?
We will meet every weekend and sometime during the week when I go home.
How will you celebrate growth and improvement?
We probably wont really do anything special.
How will you celebrate final success?
Probably by going out to dinner.
How will you end the mentoring relationship?
Tell her thank you so much for mentoring me and for all her help.

2.I look up to her because she is a great lady and an even better mother and grandmother and friend.
3. I believe that i already have some of the characteristics that i admire because I am there for my family and for all my friends when they need help with anything.
4. I might become someones role model because I am always helping people and because I go after what i want.
